Art gallery and theatre

Balcatta is the only school in the state to have its own art gallery. We also have our own theatre, art and dance studios to support our specialist visual and performing arts programs. The Gallery contains a number of works from prominent Australia artists. The Moir Centre situated on the school campus provides a rare opportunity for secondary students to enjoy the facilities of a community recreational centre. The school operates the centre jointly with the local community and students are able to use it for activities during school hours and in the evening.
